I've been wearing it with jeans almost every day. It started out quite firm, but after a couple of weeks it has softened nicely while still holding its shape.
What I like most is how the leather is changing with use. The creases and darker areas around the buckle make it look more personal instead of worn out.
The leather feels great in hand �� dry, natural and slightly textured rather than smooth and plasticky. I actually like the distressed finish more now that I've worn it for a while
